Hi everyone,
Welcome to 365 Days of Poetry & Honesty <3 It’s a been a while, I hope you’ve been well. I’ve missed this! The past couple of weeks have been hectic but things are finally slowing down and I want to get back to myself.
And really lots of wonderful things have happened, like I curated a poetry showcase for Late at Tate Britain on the 2nd, but I haven't been taking care of myself and I don't want to pour from an empty cup. That's why it feels good to do my newsletter, there's something about sitting with these poems and collating them that feels like exhaling and these past 2 weeks it's been difficult to breathe. But all that being said, Friday was a testament to the power of poetry and I’m proud of myself for my resilience and I’m in love with the poetry! It opened my heart and showed me a different way of seeing the world. I’m nearly there. To contentment. & I’m grateful to all of you for being readers, thank you!
Here are some songs I’ve been listening to, hope you like them :)
