Hi everyone,
Welcome back to 365 Days of Poetry & Honesty. It's Friday and I’m aware that recently, my ability to keep to a schedule has been terrible & I want to apologise ! but I also want to say that for a while it felt like all I had was the poetry, but now I can my feel my heart extending. And I can’t explain it or make the image clearer right now, but I think perhaps I’m happy to be alive, and maybe it's the antidepressants, and maybe it's only for this moment, but regardless, life is okay, I’m not drowning, I can survive this, can flow with it & through it. Also I realised that with my last newsletter, I forgot to name the poets in the title so I’ve made sure to include that this time round. I hope you like the poetry and that February is loving with your heart & gentle with your mind & body.
